H1 quota for students with US degree

Hey,
Do anyone know when the application for H1 visa starts for 20,000 quota for students with Master's degree or above from US universities. Is it the same as 65,000 quota??? and how early can the start date be for those who apply under 20,000 quota?

HEY,

The quota of 20,000 H1B visas for US Degreed individuals (MS or higher) open up on April 1st along with the 65,000 general quota. The 20,000 visas is different from the 65,000 cap.
