Regarding H1B I797 A approval notice

Hi I entered US in F1 status graduated in May 2014 and my employer filed my H1-B change of status in April 2015. My H1-B got approved for an year and I received my I797A and i94 form. However the first line of my approval notice instead of saying "The above petition and change of status has been approved" says "The above petition and extension of stay has been approved". When I checked with my other friends who went through the same process it says "The above petition and change of status has been approved".

Is this a problem or a mistake by USCIS? Whom do I need to contact for this.
