Hello,

I have recently got my H1-B visa approved.
In how many days can I transfer my H1-B visa to new employer?
Is there any criteria that I will have to work with my employer for 2 or 3 months once i get my visa approved?

You can transfer with out working with the current employer but it might get more questions from the processing officer
