First of all thanks to this forum for all the great inputs.
These are my details:
- Did Masters in USA in Computer Science
- On H1B from Oct 2007 (H1B start date) to February 2012 through company A and B (proper product based companies in bay area)
- Moved back to India and worked for company C from March 2012
- Applied for H1 (on premium processing) on December 7th 2015 through company D (another proper product based company in bay area)
- Got RFE on Deceember 22nd 2015 (for proof that I still have H1B left, so I had to send my April 2012 flight tickets, entry/exit stamps,
Company C's paystub, Company C's verification letter to prove that I was in India after February 2012 and that I have not exhausted my full 6-year limit in USA)
- Attorney responded on 8th January 2016
- Petition got approved 15 days after that
- During Visa interview, no questions were asked on RFE
