I have a H1B petition transferred from my previous employer to new employer, and this transferred petition is valid until Oct-2016. I am planning to travel to India during the month of May-2016 and I will have to appear for visa stamping.
Is there any requirement to have a minimum of x months for visa stamping? Something similar to passport validity which says you should have minimum of 6 months of valid passport.
I would have 4-5 months of remaining time on petition and will need to get H1B stamped for this duration and come back. Will there be any issues at POI?
