H4 Visa Stamping With future I-797

Hello,

My wife current h4 expires in June 2016 had to travel India. My H1 got approved with future date from June 2016-2019 while she is India. Had a question if she goes for stamping with my future H1 any issues related poe / I-94 returning before June 2016.

do we need to submit both current I-797 till June & my future I-797?
