H1 Transfer after Revocation notice was sent
Hi,
On Feb 21st the existing contract from my Employer 1 was terminated and on March 3rd my H1 application status moved to 'Revocation notice was sent'. After that, my Employer 2 filed a H1 Transfer on 8th March and I haven't started working for the same. So I have stayed more than a month now without US salary. If my H1 petition is approved with consular processing, how soon do I have to travel back to get stamped. Also, there's Employer 3 who is also planning to file a H1 transfer within next few days. I wanted to know my current options. Appreciate your inputs.
