H1 transfer with revoked I-140

Please help with this query

I had an approved I-140 from employer AAA, which currently is revoked
Am working for employer BBB with H1 filed under AC21(valid till Nov 2016 which is greater than 365x6). PERM recently filed by employer BBB
Seeking H1 transfer to employer CCC.

The issue is very few days(less than a month) remain if 365X6 count is considered.

Can i use revoked I-140 to get more than 1 yr extension on H1-transfer to employer CCC?
