I have seen the forum you people helping a lot.going
through my case please help me.
I need some information from you.i am going to attend for h1b to
chennai consulate.i am working in xxx company and from the
same company my h1 is processed.in the present comany we are doing on
inhouse projects.so if i attend for interview what kind of questions can i
expect and what all the documents required for interview w.r.t the
projects.

1 Passport Original.

2 Visa Fees Receipt from HDFC bank with Bar Code Stickers

3 Visa Interview Appointment Letter

4 Demand Draft of Rs 2300 favouring "US Embassy, Chennai/Delhi/mumbai"

5 DS-156 with sign and pasted photograph (2" x 2")

6 DS-157

7 Photograph (2" x 2")

8 Original Notice of Action Form I-797 of the Principal Applicant(US TECH SOLUTIONS)

9 Form I-129 (Copy)

10 Labour Condition Application for H1 workers(Copy)

11 Letter from employer that describes the relationship with the Principal Applicant

12 Copy of applicant's certificates (10,**2 and degrees and marksheets) -Originals also

13 Copy of the applicant's work experience letters

14 Resent pay Slip from current employer.

15 Copy of the applicant's letter of offer from the US company

16 A detailed and specific description of the internal project to which benifiter will be assigned..including complite tecinical discription of the project,timeline,current status..
