Hi,
I have a peculiar situation, any advice is highly appreciated.
My I 94 is expiring in May but i have a valid H1B visa until November end, and am going to file for an extension. In September a necessity has arised so i may need to travel to India. Let me know if there is any difficulty in travel for me with an extension in progress even though i have a valid visa. If i traveled what will happen to that extension i have filed? Do i need to file for an extension again after returning.
Kindly let me know what should i be doing.
PS: i dont have the option of filing the extension under premium. Also i got the I 94 only till May as my pp was expiring, now i have renewed it.
