Hi,
There is a question in DS 160 as below under the "Previous Travel Information Category":
"Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa, or been refused admission to the United States, or withdrawn your application for admission at the port of entry?"
Options for answer are "Yes" or "No". If "Yes" then need to give explanation.
The question here "Have you ever been refused a U.S. Visa" does it mean visa application was denied/got rejected or it means that visa was refused after getting the stamping.
Please help in this regard.
