Hi All,
I attended the H1 visa interview in Mumbai on March 4th. The interview seemed positive and towards the end was asked for all my company documents. I passed the documents to the VO and was called back after 45 mins by the same VO.He then returned all my company documents, I797 and passports of me and my family issuing the 221g blue form. The 221g form has only the administrative processing marked and no documents have been asked. The VO also returned our passports and also gave the white color rights phamplet. We were told that we need not reappear for the interview and that the case can be tracked using a case number.
I am not sure about the reason no documents were retained including our passports and also no documents are to be submitted. Post this I see the "Case status Date" updated on 25th March.
Please advise on this scenario and if can expect a positive outcome and regarding the timelines.
