Hello,
My H1B extension got denied on 9-Apr-2016, and I cannot travel back to India as my child (born in USA , just 3 months old) does not have US Passport at this time.
US Passport is under process by "US Department of State" and once the US Passport is received, I can go for the Indian VISA.
Is there a way out to stay in US till i get my Child Travel Documents (Passport ans Visa).
Please advise .
