H1B Visa Stamping in Canada
Hello Folks.
I am having Indian Passport with H1b visa expired in Sep'15 on passport . I got the new petition approved and I have valid I-7-97 Until 2018.
Now I have plan to travel Canada for personal reason on tourist Canada visa. I have following questions in order to do the stamping in Canada while returning back to USA.
1) Will I be able to Travel Canada on Tourist visa?
2) Will I be able to do US visa stamping in Canada since my home country is INDIA and I will be travelling to Canada on tourist visa?
3) What are the chances to get the Visa stamped in Canada?
4) is there any special instruction to follow while going for stamping/travelling to Canada?
Please help me to know all the possibilities. I am little worried and confused with all these questions.
