First time H1 stamping in Germany
Hello,
I am an Indian citizen and have received my undergrad and grad degree in the US, I was a F1 visa, and completed my postdoc on my OPT. I have transferred to a H1-B visa and a permanent position, while I was in the country. I need to travel to Europe for a wedding and wanted to know if it would be okay to get my H1-B stamped for the first time while I am there. I have looked online and I have seen all mixed answers, so I was confused and very nervous.
Does anyone have any experiences or suggestions?
