I140 revoked - beyond 6 years - freaked out- need help
I was let go by my company on April 15, 2016. I am on H1B and have an approved I140 until December 2018 which is beyond 6 years. However, my company(A) has the policy to revoke I140.
1) How much max. time I have to find a new job?
2) If I found a new job (mostly a consultant(B) I don't want to work with in the future), will I be able to move to yet another company as my previous company(C) has revoked my I140?
3) What is the time required for USCIS to revoke I140 once filed?
Please please help answer my questions as I am in dire need of solutions. I consulted an immigration attorney but she was of no use.
