My h1b petition expiry date is April 13, 2016 and my i94 expiry date is August 5, 2016. Due to some internal delays my employer filed my extension on April 13, 2016 (petition expiry date) and I received the receipt number acknowledgement from uscis with "date received" as April 14, 2016.
Is this a problem in anyway?
