I Have A Valid H1b Visa And It Expires In Aug 2006 And I Have Another H-1b On Which Iam Working Expires In Jan 2008
But My I 94 Is Expiring In May 2006
I Want To Get It Renewed H1b By Going To Mexico By Road
The Question Is While Coming Back To Usa Can I Get A New I-94 With The New Date

if from different employer, did you get a H1b Transfer after going to US?

If yes, then
you don't have to get the H1 stamped on your passport only because your I-94 is expiring in May 2006. You can stay in US as long as you have a valid H1 b which is Till Jan 2008 and in between if you are going outside US then you have to get it stamped at the US consulate (Mexico/Canada or India).
