Please help for US Visa H1b transfer.

Hi ,

I have US visa H1b stamped. and I have switched the company without travelling to US.

May I know the following queries

1.What the process of transfering the Vusa by my current employer.What is the time for this.

2.Does it happen during new H1b apply ,lottery and all the process.

3.How can I know that wheather my petition has been canceled by my old company or not.

Your New Employer and Attorney should respond to these questions. You will have to go for another stamping for sure. i don't think you will have to be on new lottery etc. there is no way you can find if the old petition is cancelled or not.
