Help in H1 Transfer

Hi,

I need help !!!!!


I have a valid H1 expiring on Aug 2016 ,Have filed the extension and got my receipt# . Now, I got an offer from new employer . Is it fine to raise H1 transfer as my VISA is still valid or need to wait till extension to get approved.
