Hi H1B experts,
My case is a little unusual , I applied for H1B in 2012 and got the petition approved , VISA interview was a disaster , did not get the VISA and due to the disappointment forgot about the H1B , petition expired on 30-Sep-2015.
One of my friends encouraged me to apply thru one of his employers and after having a brief chat the employer told me (after consulting with the lawyer) that they would file my H1B thru Premium processing for H1B transfer.
My question is
1) I have never worked on a H1B in the US , I have no paystubs , My petition has expired. How can my case fit for a Transfer!!
If anyone has gone thru the same experience kindly help me with some details.
