  • H1B employer legal matter

    Hello,

I applied for two H1B petition this year and both got selected. My current employer A paid for my H1B and I also asked my previous employer B to file for me. I paid for all fees regarding H1B filed by company B. Now before I proceed to file with company B, we made oral agreement that if both petition got selected i will go with my current employer A. I also signed a agreement that if my current employer A is not selected, I can do H1B transfer to A after working with B for two years. I did not sign any employment contract. When I call to confirm with company B today, they told me that i need to join them because i signed an agreement. Basically they are denying the Oral agreement we made about the case that if both petition got selected. What should I do in this situation. My intention is to work for company A not company B.

Please give me some advice. Thank you.
