H1-B extension and H1-B Transfer in parallel

Hi,

My current petition and i94 expires in Aug 2016 and My current employer(A) preparing documents for extension.

But mean time, I got an offer from another employer(B) and ready to process H1-B transfer and extension.


My question:

Can employer(A) initiate extension and employer(B) initiate transfer and extension at same time.

Does it come under bridge petition?

Please provide your suggestion on this.

It will not become a bridge petition if done before your current I-94 expiry.
