L1B and H1B simultaneous process from different employers for same candidate
I have a situation for which I need your advice.
My situation is as follow...
I am currently working for a organization called 'A' at Bangalore.
Last year , new employer called 'B' based out in USA filed H1B for me. My application got picked up in lottery in the month April, 2015 and I had been gone for stamping at Chennai consulate in March, 2016.But I received 221(g) form for additional documents submit, hence stamping didn't happen.
Now, my current employer 'A' is going to file L1B for me now.
Is there any obligations around this?
I need your advice on the below items. Also let me know what and all , I should be aware off before undergo L1B processing.
1. Is there any problem processing L1 now when H1B is undergoing 221(g) verification.
2. If I travel with L1 visa to USA, then later my H1B case is processed and gets approved, would there be issue ?
3. Is it right to process L1 with my current employer along with getting H1B also processed with new employer?
4. Which one to prioritise here.
My current employer doesn't know about my H1B processing similarly new employer doesn't know about my current employer going to file L1B.
My current company doesn't process H1B for employees as per employer policy. They have only L1 or B1 processing for employees working at India branch.
