Delay in Visa Stamping Interview
Hi,
My H1 visa application got picked in lottery last year (2015). My visa was filed by an organization I do not work with. The company wanted me to join their offices in USA only and when I get my visa. Although my application got picked last year, I was caught up with other issues at hand and couldn't go for stamping. I am currently in India, and I wish to go for stamping now (2016).
Will there be any issues, as the new batch of applicants who got picked in 2016 might be up for stamping?
Also, the job profile listed on the H1B application and my current job profile are different- will there be any issues?
