I am flying to Mexico in the next 7 hours and I realize my H1B visa is expired since December 2015. So my visa is valid (since I am still currently working there) but expired.
I have read somewhere that I can still visit and travel to Mexico for this long weekend (span of 3 days)? What I am worried about is whether I will be able to come back to the US with my expire H1B. Would that be a problem?
