Hello,
I went to US thru H1B in Jun 1999 for employer A, and changed to employer 'B' in US in May 2000. This employer B processed another H1 and got stamping in Jun 2000 from my home country. In 2001, I returned back to my home country and my H1B was valid till 2003.
My new employer C in my home country in 2002 sent me again to US thru B1 for 3 weeks. This caused cancellation of H1B.
The same employer whom I joined in 2002 is planning to send me again to US through H1. Also, I have a B1 for 10years from this employer. My question is,
1. Can I use the CAP exempt to process unutilized years of my H1 (for the remaining 3.5years)?
2. Will my B1 which is valid for another 9 years be cancelled?
Thanks much.
