Can you please give some guidance on below:
Currently my H1-B visa is getting expired on 15th of June (in another 15 days)
My company is in process to apply for extension.
Query:
1. I am in need to travel India in month of August. If my company applies extension in normal process, will I be able to fly to travel India while extension in process?
Please let me know.
2. What would be best option to make travel possible in August and get VISA renewed and be back to states.
