Hi all,
I worked in the US between 2005-2011 sept under H-1b for company A then i moved to other country to work for other employer B.
Company C moved me back in 2015 February under L1. I'm now thinking of changing job.
1. Can my new employer file L1 to H1 conversion?
2. Is this new h1 cap exempt since I had a h1 5 years ago?
