Hi,
I have my H1-B approved petition from my Employer A, the Visa is not yet stamped, now I have an offer from Employer B and planning to shift to Employer B. Could you please help me with below queries
1. In case my Employer A cancels the petition, will my Visa also be cancelled?
2. Can Employer B file a new petition and can carry forward with Visa stamping process?
3. In case if the current petition is cancelled, do I need to go through the lottery system again if a new petition is filed from new Employer - Employer B?
