i have valid H1b visa till August 18 and my wife also has H4 till the same date , I worked in US for 2 months on 2015.
Due to the urgent requirement my company has initiated the Amendment ( since it is new client) for me and asked me to initiate the extension once i reach there.
My Kid is about 1 year old, can i use the dropbox option for H4 visa stamping , if so what is the process/document to be followed/submitted?
Do i need to wait till my amendment complete ?
