H1B with I140 approved - Can sponsor Siblings for Family immigration green card visa?

I am on H1B and have I140 approved under EB2.

I have below question regarding Sponsoring siblings' green card.

Can I sponsor any of my siblings on family Immigration visa to sponsor their green card while I am on H1? Or I have to wait till I get green card or citizenship?

You have to await citizenship in order to sponsor your siblings.

I don't think so. First of all, you should get YOUR OWN Green Card in the I-485 stage to even think about Green card for your dependents. Just I-140 approval doesn't mean anything in this case.
