PLEASE HELP: H1B Transfer Visa is in Notice to Intend to Deny Period
I'm going through with critical Visa situation. Let me try to explain here, may be you can help me out.
Dear Friends,
I'm on H1B visa and my I-94 is valid upto Sep 30th 2017.
I was working with A company and found a new job with B company and joined B based on H1B receipt number and Company A withdrawn my petition. After one month, I found another great offer with C company and joined C based on H1B receipt number. this week Received a NOID ( notice of action to intend) from USCIS. It looks like, I have one more month at this point. My current employer is really slow and have no faith, they will be able to provide appropriate response to USCIS on time.
Please advise, what I can do at this point.
Question 1: Can I apply for new H1 B visa while I'm waiting for USCIS response?
Question 2: May I apply for H1B transfer with new employer while I'm waiting for USCIS response?
May be other scenario too, that I can't think of at this point, please advise best possible thing.
