H1 Extension till client letter date!

Guys,

Recently I got an offer from a services company, they are saying that USCIS will approve extension of H1 till PO/SOW/client letter date only.

Is that true?

Earlier I was working with other service company, they used to extend my H1 for 3 years.

Off late, USCIS has been taking things seriously. If a client is not there for the H1 duration requested, then how the company can justify the demand?
