Valid H1B Visa for 3 years with old petitioner - Never travelled

Hi ,

I have a H1B and a visa stamped for 3 years with old petitioner but never traveled. Now I have a new approval with other petitioner and planning to go. Do I need to go VISA again ? The new approval is only valid for 1 year. What happens at Port of Entry

I have both approval notices with me.
