I have cuple of issues, looking forward for your help.
1.
I have an H1 approval Notice. But my employer has given my country of birht wrongly in the i-129 and the same is carried forwarded in the H1 Approval Notice. Employer says that it is a type error happend and will not make you any problem for visa/working in the US.
But some of my friends strongly suggest to get it corrected from the INS. The amployer can initiate an amenmend process and it will take only approximately 4 weeks time.
Let me know if anybody had this kind of experience? What is your suggestion.
2. Is it possible to transfer the H1 to a new employer before getting the H1 stamped in the old employer's H1?
