I am on H1B and my visa expiry date is 'Dec , 2016'.
My spouse is in India. I have initiated H4 for her and she got her PA date (for Stamping) on '27 Sep, 2016'.
As my wife got her PA date in end of September (closer to my visa expiry date), at which point of time I need to file for my H1B visa extension
i.e. whether I can wait till she come her and file for extension for both of us together
'or'
apply extension for myself alone now, as the date of expiry will be much closer by the time she arrives here.
And if I have to apply for my extension alone (associate only), Is it possible to apply for her extension separately (Extension for dependent only) once she arrives.
