Hi,
My wife and son has visa valid till 4th August,2016. She has not yet traveled to US. I am in US and my I-797 has been extended till Aug-2019. Now I am planning to have my family join me. My daughter has to get the visa stamped. She is 1.5 years old.
Now the Question is, are they eligible for drop box facility. Or they have to have traveled to US to get the eligibility.
Please help me with this.
