    I797 Clarification

    I have taken an appointment based on my current I797 which will expire in August 2006. My appointment is in May. However, I've received a new I797 valid till January 2007. I'm still working for the same company.

    What I797 should I present for visa stamp? Is it ok if I submit my new I797 which expires in January 2007?
