H1B transfer denied

Hi All,

My H1B petition filed by Employer A was approved last year in 2015 and visa was also stamped. Haven't traveled yet.

I switched to another Employer B having better reputation as compared to A. They filed h1b transfer petition under premium processing. I got the RFE which was responded in 2 months time. However, USCIS denied the petition. I am working with Employer B to find out the exact reasons of denial. So far, they are cooperative.

My question is: What will happen if Employer A revoke my petition? Can Employer B or Employer C can still file the new transfer petition under cap exempt?

Please help as I am totally lost ..

Even if A revokes the petition, another employer can file a cap exempt petition for you.
