Hello All,
I am currently on F1-OPT. I didn't start working yet. My OPT expires in Feb 2017.
I entered US with H4 and then converted to F1 through I539. After that, I didn't visit India, So I don't have any F1 stamping in my passport.
Now, I would like to move to H4, as my husband got his 140 and I can avail my H4-EAD.
What is the best process to do that considering time? Can I Visit India and attend H4 stamping directly or should I move to H4 first before attending the stamping.
I am in a dilemma whetted to go to India or change it here.
