Hello Guys,
I got a job offer in the US and I was supposed to start working on July 5th. The H1B petition was approved and is valid until July 2019. I went for H1B visa stamping in Canada, Toronto on May 25th. However, the consulate haven't yet contacted me to send my passport and the status is "administrative processing". I am about to lose the job since the position had to be filled on time (July 5th). I want to know:
1- Is there any way to expedite the visa stamping process? I have emailed the consulate 5 times but received no replies.
2- If I lose the job but the visa stamp gets approved, would I be able to travel to US and try to find another job?
