Hi All
My case in brief, I have approved H1B Visa petition in December 2015. but in June 2016 my sponsoring employee has filed for bankruptcy case 11. I have appointment for H1B stamping in Inida in August end now my questions are
1) Shall I go for stamping, How does It will affect my stamping?
2) Can I transfer my H1B petition in meantime of this one month and still can go for same stamping interview which I have taken prior with old employee?
Please help.
