Hi,
Need someone's guidance here,
I Have got H1B Visa till September 30th 2016. But I have submitted for location change from New York to Raleigh on Feb 4th 2016. I have traveled with the receipt notice and now waiting for the amendment. Also I have applied for the extension for my VISA and submitted the application.
1. What happens if I wont get my approved amendment by September 30th (VISA expires). Do I need to return to India or I can stay till I get this amendment and then till I get the extension?
2. What happens if the amendment request goes to RFE and the process goes beyond September 30th? Do I suppose to go back to India?
3. Can I make it premium and get this process complete quickly? or still how many days this will take for normal process as I have submitted on Feb 4th.
