Hi all,
I need a clarification on below situation,
- My H1B Visa going to expire on Oct 2016
- My Company A filed H1B extension on June 27th and shared my receipt number.
- Now I got an offer from employer B.it looks like I can go ahead with my H1b transfer but what happens to the extension filed by my current employer when H1b transfeer gets denied? will they get to know that I attempted to transfer and if the extension gets void will I be out of status? please clarify.
Please clarify is it not advisable to transfer my H1B to company B when my extension is in pending though i've valid visa till OCt 2016 i.e. one more month.
