I moved from Employer A to B this May. I applied for a "H1B (non-capped) transfer" on April 11, 2016 and began working for Employer B using the receipt notice of this application. The H1B and i-94 I had with the previous employer expire on Aug 24th, 2016.
In the meantime, my EB1A I-140 application was approved in May 2016 and I filed my i-485, 765 and 131 applications in June, 2016. Based on the pending i485 and the pending "H1B transfer" application, can I continue to work in the US beyond the expiry of my old i-94 (Aug 24 2016)
? If yes, how long can I continue doing so? I am hoping to get my EAD before September i.e. sometime before the 90 day mark from date of application.
