H1B: Employer change in India

My H1B petition was picked in lottery in 2014.
I came to USA on H1B visa for employer A in Dec 2014. My petition and visa is valid until Dec 2016 and i am returning to India this year.

If i change my employer in India next year i.e 2017 will employer B be able to transfer my H1B to under cap exempt to utilize the remaining 4 years ?

Yes. Do keep a copy of approval notice.
