H1B extension from India - waiting long

My employer has given extension request if H1B Visa on February and receipt notice was received on 19th Feb 2016. It is still showing as my case was received and no progress since then. Please suggest how much time it takes.

Normal processing can take 4-6 Months even without RFE, and even beyond. If you in a hurry, ask employer to upgrade to premium.
