Previous h1 to h4 denied, after re-entering on h4 recently

Applied for H1 to H4 on April 11th 2016, waited for decision until July.
On 4th of July left the country, got H4 visa stamped in India on July 29th. Re-entered US on 8th August 2016.
On 22nd AUg 2016, got a message that H1 to H4 applied on April 11th 2016 is denied.
What should be my next action?
