H1B to L1A Conversion - Urgent
Dear Sir/Madam,
My employer has initiated a H1B to L1A Visa conversion. My H1B visa(6 years) expires on 09/17/2016. My conversion process is currently being processed in Premium and have received a RFE which has a due date of 11/14/2016.
My Question:
1. Can I stay in the US with my Receipt # until I get a decision on my H1B to L1A conversion process?
2. Can I continue to work?
